our sustainability goals

• We compost 100 per cent of our organic waste in a a big anerobic digestor that we have lovingly named Jane Fonda.
  

• On some days, we enforce a returnable plate system so that no packaging is used from the food trucks. Eventually, we will have this system in place everyday, but bear with us while we work out the kinks!
  

• The box your burger came in or plate your vegie dumplings are on are all totally compostable.
  

• We offer a variety of bins so you can help us reduce our waste to landfill: Compostables, Co-Mingled and Landfill (at the bar)
  

• We're getting sexy solar panels on the roof and are (very ambitiously!) working towards sourcing all our power on site.
  

• Who Gives A Crap supply our toilet paper and donate 50 per cent of their profits to building toilets for those in need.
  

• We work with ReGround who help and guide us in changing our waste management strategy and Waste Ninja who help us tackle organic food waste compostable packaging.
